This petition is filed to condone the delay of 339 days in representing the C.M.A. as against the award dated 18.12.2017 and made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.381 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
