This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the second respondent to provide Discharge summary and CCTV Camera Footage for the treatment taken in the hospital from 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

08.10.2016 to 11.10.2016 by the father of the petitioner.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the discharge summary as well as the CCTV Camera Footage of the alleged incident as sought for in this writ petition. The relief sought for in this writ petition is only for the production of the aforesaid items. Since the respondents have produced the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. After recording the submissions of the learned counsels for the respective parties, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
