CRIME NO. 1011/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.12320 of 2021 dated 16/07/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.KINGSLY SOLOMON, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police imposed in the order dated 16.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.12320 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a resident of Tirunelveli and it is difficult for him to appear before the respondent police at Tiruppur and further submitted that the petitioner may be directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alankulam, Tirunelveli District and prayed to modify the said condition. 3.Heard the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 16.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.12320 of 2021, directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, is hereby modified as, the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alankulam, Tirunelveli District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 11/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
