Claiming title and contending that an extent of 0.45 acres in S.No.469/1B at Jayamkondacholapuram Village, Jayakondam Taluk, Ariyalur District has been wrongly classified as Poramboke land, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent no.1 on 07.08.2015. In the said representation, the petitioner has sought for cancellation of the wrong classification and to issue patta in his name. Seeking early disposal of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2015, a direction is issued to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties, if so required.
