This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam, to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.116 of 2013 on its file, as early as possible. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, the petitioners filed this suit for the relief of partition. The first petitioner, who is a senior citizen, aged about 60 years. He further submitted that, in this case, P.W.1 was examined in chief and the matter is pending for cross examination. The respondents are filing unnecessary petitions with a view to delay the proceedings, therefore, this petition. 3.
This is a suit filed in the year 2013 and this case comes under the category of old cases of more than 7 years. Even without the direction from this Court, the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam, is expected to give priority in disposing the old cases especially the cases, which are pending for more than 7 years and senior citizen cases.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam, to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.116 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
