The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2022, consequently direct the first respondent to register the petitioner's name in the Town Survey Records, PLR - Adangal of the property situated at Door No.27, New Door No.31/2, Rajamangalam, 7th Street, Villivakkam of No.71, Konnur Village, Old Sr.No.224/2A1Part, Block No.27, T.S.No.164 of revenue records.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was originally owned by the petitioner's father - in - law and he settled the property in favour of the petitioner's husband. Thereafter, the petitioner's husband settled the property in favour of the petitioner and the petitioner made representation dated 27.04.2022 to the respondents for mutation of revenue records and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted 2/4
that this Court may issue direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2022 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
