ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extention of time for complying the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12697 of 2024 dated 05.06.2024.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 05.06.2024 with one of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. Thereafter, petitioner had filed quash application in Crl.M.P.No.15975 of 2024 and the same was dismissed on 09.07.2024. After dismissal, petitioner had approached the Apex Court in S.L.P.(Crl).No.10725- 10726 of 2024 and the same was dismissed on 14.08.2024. The petitioner was given advice by the advocate that when the quash petition was pending, he need not appear before the respondent, so petitioner did not appear before the respondent police and thereafter, petitioner was arrested in Crime No.7 of 2024 by the same respondent and she was in prison for 45 days and she was granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.25490 Page No.2 of 4
of 2024 on 18.10.2024 with conditions. Petitioner had filed relaxation petition and condition was relaxed on 11.07.2025. Therefore, the petitioner did not appear before respondent police in this case.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner's appearance before the respondent police is no more required.
4. Accordingly, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12697 of 2024 is totally relaxed.
