CRIME NO.8/2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed by this Honble Court in Crl OP No.12069 of 2022 by its order dated 19.05.2022 on the file of this Honble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.VENKATESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12069 of 2022 on 19.05.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
