ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents 1 to 5 not to allot any electricity service connection to the 6th respondent till the final disposal of OS.No.176/2015 pending on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Kancheepuram.
The Assistant Executive Engineer, the 4th respondent herein has filed a counter affidavit, in which, in paragraph 4, it has been stated as follows:- "4.I respectfully submit that the petitioner and one R.Jayakumar have given objection letter through one their advocate that not to give any electricity service connection to one Mr.N.Anbalagan there is a Civil Suit in OS.No.176 of 2015 pending before the Additional District Court at Kancheepuram.
In the meantime, Mr.N.Anbalagan, had submitted an application for three phase service connection for domestic purpose on 28.09.2015 and the same was inspected and returned as Civil Suit in OS.No.176 of 2015 before the Additional District Court, Kancheepuram is pending till now and as on date, electric work was not completed properly. Hence, based on the above said reasons, the application was returned to Mr.Anbalagan on 30.09.2015."
In the light of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
