O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to register the Sale Deeds which are said to be kept as pending documents by the 3rd respondent.

Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to immediately take a decision on the pending document Nos.22 and 23 of 2020, dated 13.05.2020 and 20.05.2020 respectively and either register the documents, if it is otherwise in order or pass an order under Section 71 of the Registration Act. This process shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
