ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 11.11.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed

to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 16.11.2016. On 16.11.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought time and hence, the matter was directed to be listed today.

2. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, it is presumed that the petitioners do not have any interest in getting on with the petition. Hence, this Court is of the view that this Civil Revision Petition deserves to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this civil revision is dismissed for non-prosecution with the cost of the respondent. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
