The writ petition is filed challenging the Impugned Order dated 18.09.2020 passed by the respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2. Learning Additional Government Pleader made a submission that the subject tea shop, which was an unauthorized structure, causing public inconvenience, was removed from the platform by the Corporation.

3. In view of the fact that the encroachments were already removed, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
