JUDGMENT

The parties were referred to mediation before the District Mediation Centre, Salem. Before the Mediation Centre, the parties have reached a settlement and the amount agreed to be paid by the appellants have also been paid.

2. Learned counsel on either side have no objection for recording the said settlement reached before the District Mediation Centre, Salem and thereby dispose of the appeal as settled out of Court.

3. In view of the above, the appeal suit is disposed of as settled out of Court. The appellants are entitled to refund of entire court fee, as per Rules. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
