Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records and quashing the impugned order dated 27.05.2011 passed by the 3rd respondent vide C.No.HI(1)/PR 01/2010 followed by the rejection of petitioner's mercy petition by the 2nd respondent dated 12.07.2016 vide RC.No.189938/AP.2[2]/2013 and consequently direct the second respondent to pass any order other than dismissal upon the said charge of desertion levelled against the petitioner in PR 01/2010 besides directing him to accept the petitioner's proposal for VRS from service so as to enable the petitioner to obtain terminal and pension benefits without arrears of salary within the time frame.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 20.04.2022, to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petition for withdrawal.

2. The matter is listed today under the caption for withdrawal. When the matter is taken up for hearing, a similar request is made before this Court.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
