Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent, particularly that of the second respondent dated 16.07.2012 vide Sanction No.04966/2012 within Zone 7, Ambattur vide Permission No.6369 of 2012 and quash the same as illegal and unlawful and without proper application of mind and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate proper and appropriate action to remove all such offending constructions made and continue to be made by the third respondent over the immovable property situate at 10, Kalaivanar Colony, Medimix Avenue, Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai 600 101.
