2.The petitioner claims to be the Organizer of the Temple festival of Kottur Arulmighu Sri Mariamman Koil Thiruvizha at Krishnagiri Taluk and District and he submitted an application dated 09.06.2016 to the respondent praying for permission to conduct cultural programme which includes song and dance programme to be held on 29.06.2016 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will not be any law and order problem and no vulgarity or obscenity will be there in that place and prays for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Thangapandi, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
5.This Court without going into the merits of the representation made by the petitioner directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the application/ representation dated 09.06.2016 in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner on or before 26.06.2016. 6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
