ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9358 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9358 of 2025 on 02.04.2025 with one of the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders. It is seen that after executing the sureties on 08.04.2025, the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions till 01.05.2025. Thereafter, due to shoulder injury, the petitioner was bed ridden and was taking treatment in Government Hospital, Coimbatore and he was advised to take rest. Hence, he sought for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the petitioner had involved in yet another case in Crime.No.138 of 2025. He would also submit that the petitioner has not been complying with the conditions regularly. Hence, he opposed to relax the condition.

4. Considering the submissions on both sides and ill- health of the petitioner and also considering the fact that the petitioner had complied the conditions till 01.05.2025, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9358 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders is relaxed.
