This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30828 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024 in paragraph No.6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.30828 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
