This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to complete investigation and file final report in Crime No.209/2014 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.209 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
