The above petition is filed for brining on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant who had passed away on 29.06.2020.

2. The said petition is filed within time and notice has also been served on the respondents.

The affidavit is accompanied by the death certificate as well as Legal heirship Certificate dated 11.09.2020, which shows that the petitioners to as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2. For the above reasons, the petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.

4. List the matter on 23.06.2021.
