ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent dated 10.04.2024, thereby, the candidature of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that the petitioner failed to produce the Destitute Widow Certificate. Hence the present writ petition.
2. On instruction, the learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner's application itself was rejected on the ground that the petitioner failed to produce the Destitute Widow Certificate before the counselling was fixed by the 1st respondent/Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's application itself was rejected on the ground that she has not produced the Destitute Widow Certificate before the 1st respondent within the stipulated time, no further adjudication is necessary in the present petition.
4. Accordingly the petition is dismissed with liberty to the Page No:2/4
petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 10.04.2024 in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
