The petitioner made several representations to the respondents seeking measurement of his properties bearing Survey No.52/2, Anthiyur Village and S.Nos.271 and 261 of Ussoor Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District. The last representation of the petitioner on the first respondent was on 18.05.2015. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent has directed the petitioner to approach the second respondent. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner as well as other private parties if so required.
