ORDER

Vide order dated 24.03.2026 made in Crl.A.No.284 of 2026, this Court had released the petitioner/appellant on bail on certain conditions. This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of one of those conditions.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 24.03.2026, while releasing the petitioner/appellant on bail, has imposed certain conditions. One such condition required the petitioner to appear before the second respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner has been scrupulously complying with the said condition since 28.03.2026 and has regularly appeared before the respondent police without default for a period of 19 days since his release. He further submitted that the petitioner is employed as an Admin Manager at CTP Granites, Rayachoty, Andhra Pradesh, and his presence at the workplace is essential for his livelihood. Due to the daily appearance condition, the petitioner is unable to attend his employment, which has seriously affected his income, professional commitments, and livelihood, causing him undue hardship. Hence, he prayed that this Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on him in paragraph No. 8(b) of the order passed in Crl.A.No. 284 of 2026 dated 24.03.2026.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents has no objection for the above modification sought by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above and also considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought by the petitioner could be acceded to.

5. Accordingly, the condition in paragraph no. 8(b) of the order in Crl.A. No. 284 of 2026, dated 24.03.2026, is modified insofar as the petitioner's daily appearance before the second respondent police is concerned. Instead, the petitioner shall appear before the Udumalapet Police Station every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, and shall also appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 24.03.2026 remain unaltered.
