Mr. R. Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in his favour for the property in Door No. 6/32, Sikkampalayam, Natthakadaiyur Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District, pursuant to his representation dated 03.07.2017.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
03.07.2017 for the issuance of patta, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr. R. Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2017 for the issuance of patta and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
