Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to sanction petitioner's personal benefits like GPF, Special Provident Fund, Encashment of Earned Leave and private affairs at his credit as on 30.9.2013 in the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.9519 of 2012 dated 4.7.2012 within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court.
