ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) For the reasons stated in the affidavit, W.M.P.No.38623 of 2024 stands ordered and the proposed party is impleaded as the third respondent in the main writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already preferred a revision petition under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act before the Government. Stay petition also has been filed along with the revision petition. It is submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to pursue the revision petition.

3. That being so, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the revision petition pending before the Government. The said revision petition shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. (S.M.SUBRAMANIAM J.)
