ORDER
[Made by Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu viz., Nithyadharan S/o.Balaiah, aged 28 years. The detenu has been detained by the second respondent by his order in No.43/BCDFGISSSV/2022 dated 27.05.2022, holding him to be a "Drug Offender", as contemplated under Section 2(e) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. The said order is under challenge in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the detenu in No.43/BCDFGISSSV/2022 dated 27.05.2022, on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4282, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 11.07.2022 and produced a copy 2/4
of the said order.
