ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction, to direct 3rd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 19.11.2019.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he has lodged a complaint on 19.11.2019 against one Simon, followed by complaints dated 05.03.2021 and 06.03.2021. The petitioner was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cheated to the tune of Rs.10,32,675/- and he was also abused and threatened by the said Simon. Though cognizable offence has been made out, no action has been taken till date. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Pondy) appearing for the respondents would submit on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and First Information Report will be registered within a period of four weeks .

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
