Mr.Jaisurya undertakes to file vakalath on behalf of the defendants 7 & 8 and seeks 2 weeks time to file written statement.

2.In view that the impleading parties being the legal heirs of the deceased, they shall also authorise the learned Advocate Commissioner to enable him to execute the warrant issued by this Court.

3.Registry is directed to issue a fresh warrant to the learned Advocate Commissioner by including the impleaded parties.
