ORDER

This civil miscellaneous petition is filed by the respondent-husband in CRP.No.855 of 2025, to recall the order dated 04.03.2025 passed in CRP.No.855 of 2025.

2. According to the petitioner herein, the civil revision petition in CRP.No.855 of 2025 was filed by the respondent-wife for expeditious disposal of REP.No.5 of 2024 in IA.No.8 of 2024 in G.O.P.No.440 of 2023 filed by the wife. The learned counsel for the petitioner-husband would submit that the wife/respondent had suppressed the factual materials of the case and with an innocuous prayer, had obtained an order of this Court on 04.03.2025, at the admission stage itself. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner herein. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered and order the of this Court dated 04.03.2025 in CRP.No.855 of 2025 is recalled and CRP is restored to file.
