The petitioner made a representation on 18.03.2014 stating that the patta granted in the name of the legal heirs of Rathinavel Mudaliayar, being wrong, has to be cancelled and thereafter, the names of Mrs.Balammal and Mrs.Navaneethammal will have to be included. Seeking early disposal of the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opportunity to the petitioner as well as other private parties in whose names the patta stands for as of now. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
