This revision seeks a direction to learned III Additional District Judge, Salem, to dispose of the I.A.No. 418 of 2015 in I.A.No. 224 of 2015 in O.S.No. 85 of 2015 within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks for early disposal of I.A.No. 418 of 2015 wherein violation of order of injunction is alleged and action under Order 39 Rule 2 A C.P.C. is sought.

4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner, this Court directs the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem, to dispose of I.A.No. 418 of 2015 in I.A.No. 224 of 2015 in O.S.No. 85 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible.
