ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the conditional order that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- each into the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri in Crl.M.P.No.2340/2015 dated 11.12.2015 in Crime No.378 of 2015 on the file of the respondent. 2.
The learned Principal Sessions Judge, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are arrayed as A2 to A4, has imposed condition that each of the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) into the Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners 2 and 3 are female and that the petitioners are working as coolies and they are unable to deposit such huge amount. Further, he submitted that the petitioners are innocent. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present criminal original petition for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioners by the trial Court. 4.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submissions on either side and also considering the factual aspects of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition viz., the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- each into the Court, is modified to that effect that each of the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/-(Rupees fifteen thousand only) into the Court, instead of Rs.50,000/- each.
