Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in C.No.B2/7573/2012 Pr No.40/2012 u/r 3(b) dated 06.03.2013 and the ex-party minute drawn by the 3rd respondent dated 20.02.2013 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to furnish the documents requested by the petitioner and conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him under rule 3(b) of TNPSS (D & A) Rules in PR No.40/2012.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a final order dated 23.04.2015 has been passed and hence this petition becomes infructous . Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid final order.

2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and that in view of the final order passed, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
