This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners 1 to 4 are the trustees among the 15 trustees of a trust via, Ottakoothar charitable trust and they submitted a representation dated 10.08.2015 to the respondents, seeking appropriate action against the illegal transfer of the proprieties belonging to the said trust, and the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation is yet to be considered by the respondents. 3.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners as well as all other interested parties, if any. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
