ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.SATHYA NARAYANA PRASAD, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's sister namely Anitha, aged about 26 years, who is allegedly under the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.
3. The alleged detenue and the third respondent are present before this Court.

On enquiry, the detenue informs the Court that she knows the third respondent for the last three years and out of her own volition, she has married the third respondent on 29.04.2024 at Arulmigu Devanatha Swamy Thirukoil, Thiruvanthipuram, Cuddalore District and the marriage was registered on 02.05.2024 before the Joint Sub Registrar Office-II, Cuddalore. The detenue further submitted that she is willing to go with the third respondent. 2/4
5. We had interacted with the third respondent. The third respondent submits that he is working as Assistant Manager at Godrej Company, White Field, Bangalore, and both the detenue and the third respondent are presently residing at Bangalore.
6. The detenu being a major and expressed her willingness to go along with the third respondent, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
