By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner joined the services of the second respondent Society as Saleswoman and subsequently completed Diploma in Cooperative Training as well as Computer Training viz., M.S. Word and M.S. Office.
3. The petitioner would state that her appointment was made on compassionate ground and after serving for five years, she became eligible to be promoted as Clerk. Therefore, there cannot be any impediment to give promotion to the petitioner in the said post. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted representations on 19.6.2013, 5.4.2014 and 23.4.2014 praying for promotion and since she https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
was not considered, she submitted a revision before the first respondent, who, vide orders dated 30.3.2015, has allowed the revision directing the second respondent to give promotion to the petitioner to the post of clerk. The grievance now expressed by the petitioner is that inspite of the orders passed by the first respondent, the second respondent is yet to implement the same and hence, she has come forward to file the present writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent is bound to comply with the orders passed by the first respondent on 30.3.2015 and though nearly six months had lapsed, the second respondent did not care to implement the said orders and therefore, the petitioner is constrained to file this writ petition.

Per contra, Mr.E.M.S.Natarajan, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent had already sent communication dated 23.7.2015 to the second respondent to comply with the abovesaid orders and inspite of the same, the second respondent has not complied with the same and therefore, appropriate direction could be given to the second respondent to pass orders at an early date.

This court, taking into consideration the limited scope of relief sought for by th petitioner, directs the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the first respondent on 30.3.2015 and pass appropriate orders giving promotion to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the decision to the writ petitioner.
7. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. ssk.
