Heard Mr.I.C.Vasudevan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader for first and second respondents. With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from furnishing any particulars relating to affairs of the 2nd respondent society to the 3rd respondent as sought for in his representation dated 09.12.2014.

3. Since the petitioner is said to be the President of E.H.255, Nehruji Handloom Weavers Co-operative Production and Sales Society and he is aggrieved by the order to be passed under the Right to Information Act, to directing information to be furnished. In such circumstances, the writ petitioner being the President of the Society, liberty is granted to the E.H.255, Nehruji Handloom Weavers Co-operative Production and Sales Society to file a Writ Petition.
