The petition is filed to condone the delay of 17 days in preferring the Revision.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 17 days in preferring the Revision is condoned and accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4.The counsel for the petitioner is required to serve copies of the Typed Set of Papers on the counsel for the respondents, before the matter is listed for admission.

5.Registry is required to print the name of the learned counsel for the respondents in the cause list, as and when the matter is listed for admission.
