O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We find that the writ petition is devoid of any material particulars and we are not inclined to entertain the same as Public Interest Litigation. It appears that the real grievance of the petitioner is personal in character. The petitioner may pursue his representation dated 20.08.2014 already made to the competent authorities, which competent authorities would be expected to deal with the same expeditiously not later than one month from today.

2. The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation. No costs.
