The matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" today. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Even on the last hearing date i.e., 01.04.2022, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner.

2. Earlier PW1 was entered appearance before the learned Master for recording evidence and he was examined in chief. Thereafter despite several opportunities given, PW1 has not entered appearance for cross examination and hence. the learned Master placed the matter before this Court.

3. It can be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition. Accordingly, this original petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
