This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.07.2016 and investigate the above complaint by taking appropriate action against the accused persons.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 06.07.2016 given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in C.No.237 of 2016 before the third respondent.

4. Under such circumstances, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and either file Final Report or close the case with due intimation to the petitioner.
