This petition has been filed to restore the order dated 13.06.2022 passed in the above Writ Petition.
2. On 07.06.2022, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner and thereafter, it was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 09.06.2022. Even on the said day, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the the case has to be contested as he has valid defence in support of his case and the writ petition has to be reopened and restored in the interest of justice.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing this petition.
