ORDER
The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C. read with Section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seeks a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Court for the Schedule Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Salem to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Crime No.575 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Court for the Schedule Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Salem, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Court for the Schedule Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Salem, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
