This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the petitioner's husband G.Iniyan Sekar, dated 19.12.2015. 2.
Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner's husband G.Iniyan Sekar has been assigned in C.S.R.No.1103 of 2015 was closed and absolutely there is no harassment.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor since the complaint lodged by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner's husband has already been closed, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication and recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
