This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.06.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that on the complaint dated 30.06.2016 lodged by the petitioner before the Inspector of Police, SIPCOT Police Station, Ranipet, Vellore, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.151 of 2016.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ranipet and on such complaint being filed, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law.
