2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that, in the e-Auction sale dated 15.10.2020, nothing had fructified and therefore, prays for leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. The learned counsel also undertakes to send an e-mail as to the fact and withdrawal of this writ petition to the Registry of this Court. 3.This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent also.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
