(Through Video Conferencing) In this writ petition, the petitioner Bank prays for consideration and passing of appropriate orders in respect of the application filed under Section 14(1) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ("SARFAESI Act" for brevity).

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Ravi for M/s.S.Indumathi Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that, in the light of the last order, dated 10.11.2020, the respondent has passed an order, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

18.11.2020, under Section 14(1) of the SARFAESI Act, and in the light of the same, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent also.

4.Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
