This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to comply with the proceedings of the 1st respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.004/2025/A4 dated 24.10.2025 against the 3rd and 4th Respondents based on the Petitioner representation dated 03.03.2026.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the order of the first respondent dated 19.08.2025 will be implemented within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Counsel, this Court directs the second respondent to implement the order of the first respondent dated 19.08.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without fail. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
