Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an extension of time for the petitioners to execute sureties for further period of two weeks to comply with the order of this Hon`ble Court made in Crl.O.P.No. 11837 of 2022 by an order dated 19.05.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.R.ELAVARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 19.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11837 of 2022 to execute sureties.
